Bruce I. White, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Bruce I. White, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a well-known plastic surgeon who did most of his medical training in St. Louis. After earning his medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine he then completed his internship at Jewish Hospital of St. Louis. His general surgery residency at Jewish Hospital was interrupted when he served as a Physician Advisor to the Vietnamese medical system while serving with the U.S. Airforce Medical Corps.

After returning to St. Louis, Dr. White finished his general surgery training at Jewish Hospital, having served as Chief Resident. Following the completion of his plastic surgery training at Ohio State University Hospital, he then established St. Louis Cosmetic Surgery, Inc. He also received Board Certification from the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

He is a former clinical instructor at Washington University and is also founder of Vein Care Specialist, Inc., and Hair Transplant Associates, Inc. In 1997, Dr. White and Dr. William Huffaker merged their individual practices into the partnership of St. Louis Cosmetic Surgery, Inc. Following this success, in 1999, Dr. Herluf Lund, Jr. merged his practice with them as well. Dr. Christian Prada then joined in 2006.

Dr. White practices at St. Luke's Hospital and at the S.C.A.outpatient surgery center. Dr. White's main interest is in the field of cosmetic surgery, including endoscopic-assisted techniques of the face, breast and abdomen. Along with the next day lift, fast recovery breast augmentation, ultrasound-assisted and power-assisted liposuctioning, facelift and nose surgery.

Dr. White has co-authored a book on health and nutrition and receives frequent requests for media interviews. His extra time is spent cycling, rowing, swimming and participating in local marathons. He and his wife Ellen, have 2 children.

William H. Huffaker, M.D., F.A.C.S.

William H. Huffaker, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a prominent St. Louis physician who began practicing plastic surgery in 1978. He graduated from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completed his internship at the University of Alabama Medical Center. Following his first year of general surgery residency at the University of Virginia Medical Center, Dr. Huffaker served in the U.S. Army for two years as an Otolaryngologist at the Fort Bragg Womack Army Hospital. He then returned to the University of Virginia for two years and to their affiliate, Roanoke Memorial Hospital, for one year to complete his surgery residency as Chief Resident.

After completing his plastic surgery residency at Washington University Barnes Hospital, he achieved board certification by the American Board of Surgery in 1979 and the American Board of Plastic Surgery in 1980. In 1997, Dr. Huffaker and Dr. Bruce White merged their individual practices into the partnership of St. Louis Cosmetic Surgery, Inc. In 1999, they were joined by Dr. Herluf Lund and in 2006 by Dr. Christian Prada.

Dr. Huffaker has served as President of the St. Louis Area Society of Plastic Surgeons, President of the Missouri Association of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, President of the St. Louis Metropolitan Medical Society, and Vice-President of the Missouri State Medical Association. Dr. Huffaker was Chair of the Department of Plastic Surgery at the West County Surgery Center from 1994 until its closure in 2006. He is active in several national professional organizations and was a previous Chair of the Judicial Council of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He is currently a Governor of the PlastyPac Board of Governors, the Pac of the American Society of Plastic Surgery (ASPS), and is also the Chair of the Government Affairs Committee of the ASPS. He is a Delegate from the state of Missouri to the American Medical Association, where he is Chair of the Surgical Caucus.

Dr. Huffaker's primary interest is in cosmetic surgery. He has been a leader in the utilization of endoscopic-assisted techniques of the face, breast and abdomen, as well as fast recovery breast augmentation, Next Day Lift, post-weight reduction surgery and bodylifts. Herluf G. Lund, Jr., M.D., F.A.C.S.

Herluf G. Lund, Jr., M.D., F.A.C.S. has specialized in cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery since 1991. Dr. Lund is a native of St. Louis and is part of a family well known for its medical service to the community

After attending medical school at Washington University School of Medicine, Dr. Lund completed his general surgical training at the University of Texas at Houston. He then returned to St. Louis for his plastic surgical residency at Washington University School of Medicine. At Washington University, Dr. Lund was actively involved in numerous research projects including the safety and design of implants for both breast augmentation and breast reconstruction, plus he has written papers on these subjects.

Upon completing his residency in 1991, Dr. Lund entered private practice with offices at St. Luke's Hospital and St. Anthony's Medical Center. In 1999, he merged his practice with Drs. Bruce White and William Huffaker. Dr. Christian Prada then joined in 2006. He specializes in cosmetic surgery.

Dr. Lund is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is an active member of many notable organizations. He is the past president of the Missouri Association of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. Dr. Lund has served recently as Treasurer and Secretary for the St. Louis Metropolitan Medical Society. He is serving on the Executive Council of the Washington University Medical School Alumni Association. Dr. Lund holds numerous committee in both the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.

Christian A. Prada, M.D., F.A.C.S.

A gifted and highly skilled board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon specializing in cosmetic surgery.

Dr. Christian Prada earned his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and his medical degree from the State University of New York Health Sciences Center. After completing a residency in General Surgery at Loma Linda University Medical Center, CA, he then completed a two-year fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery at Saint Louis University Health Sciences Center Division of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Prada then received additional training by completing a 1 year breast and cosmetic fellowship under the direction of two famous plastic surgeons, Scott Spear, M.D. and J. William Little, M.D. at Georgetown University Hospital, in Washington, D.C. As well as having extensive experience in both facial and body cosmetic surgery, Dr. Prada has learned the delicate art of micro fat injection to the face and body.

Dr Prada returned to St. Louis in 2004 as an Assistant Professor in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Saint Louis University Hospital. He was very active in both medical student and resident education and helped teach a course for physicians on Blepharoplasty, Brow-lift and Mid-Face lifts. In 2006, Dr. Prada joined St. Louis Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Prada still maintains a clinical faculty position at St. Louis University and is involved in resident education.

Dr. Prada is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is an active member of many notable organizations. He currently serves as Vice President of the St. Louis Area of Plastic Surgeons and was recently elected member of Strathmore's Who's Who.
