Meet Dr. Liland

Dr. David L. Liland, M.D., was born and reared in Dallas, Texas. His undergraduate degree is from Southern Methodist University, and his doctorate of medicine is from Southwestern Medical School.

After completing 5 years of General Surgery at Louisiana State University (where he served as chief administrative resident), he completed his plastic surgery residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. He has been in private practice at the Park Cities Plastic Surgery Center in Dallas since 1991. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, a member of the American Board of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Liland specializes in state-of-the-art techniques to perform procedures such as breast augmentation, reduction, and reconstruction, face lift, liposuction, abdominoplasty. These procedures account for 95% of his practice. To remain current in knowledge and techniques, Dr. Liland attends numerous seminars and specialty meetings yearly.
